Last night we went to our first private rum tasting party at Liza and Shawn's home. Drew and I both loved all the tiki, Day of the Dead, zombies, hot rods, and pin-up we found as soon as we entered the house. We got to try many rums from Cuba we had never had before. I also got to try a great macadamia nut liqueur that I am looking forward to picking up when we head down to San Diego at Trader Mort's. The night was a blast and it's always great getting to meet new people that you have similar interests with!
