Drew, Amanda, and I headed down to the Rose Festival on Friday afternoon. Sadly, it started to rain as soon as we got there. Buy, hey, this is Portland and we don't let a little rain stop us. Since it started to rain we headed in to the animal exhibit where we saw all kinds of snakes, lizards, turtles, a tiger, a lion, a toucan, and all kinds of other animals. Once the rain settled down we met Drew's aunt Connie and uncle Mark to get our free ride tickets and catch up with them for a bit.
Drew and I are pretty much over going on rides, but Amanda brought along a friend and they enjoyed the rides for hours. Since the weather was lacking in sun there was no lines for the rides and overall we had a fun time.
